The lost War drill ? (Chapter 6-8)

By Ewing2001, May 30

Chapter 6: The Perpetrators (see The lost War drill? -Chapter 1-5 Chapter 9)

By now, it should be very clear, who had been the real perpetrators behind "9/11".
You can basically pick them in try and error from the same list of suspects of "ChalabiGate".
Many of them are getting nervous already: Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Douglas Feith, William Luti, Richard Perle, Stephen Cambone, Harold Rhode, Michael Rubin and others.

The structure of the hierarchy is also easy to analyse, if you take a look on the connection
between the Neocon think tanks and the White House, including the 1997 pro-IraqWar think tank PNAC (founded in 1997) or American Enterprise Institute (which is also landlord for the office of PNAC).

(Graphic: Click to enlarge)

Around them some players in the second league (see footnotes: Players in the "hidden league"), however few of them might reveal the one or other surprise and could be still hiding a bigger role.
Some examples: Patrick Clawson, Eliot Cohen, Christopher Demuth, Eric Edelman.
Some played also a very important logistical role:
Thomas S. Foley (Akin, Gump, Strauss, DPB), David Jeremiah, Robert Kagan, Michael Leeden or Chris Williams. Back to them later...

The story of 9/11 seems to be a complex collection and pieces of puzzle of endless details and smoking guns, however many of them had been helpful distractions, though even the distractions had their important role for the final dots of 9/11.

Let us distinguish between the mentors, cowards, hipocrites, helpful media tools, patsies, helpful idiots, heroes and psyops of 9/11.
Furthermore we had whistleblowers and killed witnesses.

As you might imagine, many of these witnesses had to be killed right before, on the day and after Sep11th.

If you know the quote of Karen Kwiatkowski, retired USAF lieutenant colonel, who worked at the Defense Department with the Office of Special Plans, it makes absolutely sense by now, that the very same people, who manipulated the evidence about Iraq, also manipulated us about the truth of 9/11. Most obvious, they had enough connections within the defense industry and "middle east intelligence", to plan the military operation of 9/11.

I altered the original quote of Kwiatkowski and replaced "Iraq" with "9/11":

"They pushed an agenda on 9/11, and they developed pretty sophisticated propaganda lines which were fed throughout government, to the Congress, and even internally to the Pentagon..."It wasn't intelligence. It was propaganda. . . they'd take a little bit of intelligence, cherry pick it, make it sound much more exciting, usually by taking it out of context, usually by juxtaposition of two pieces of information that don't belong together."

Compare this with the agenda of PNAC between 1996 and 2001:

* Refers to key allies such as the UK as 'the most effective and efficient means of exercising American global leadership';
* Describes peace-keeping missions as 'demanding American political leadership rather than that of the United Nations';
* Reveals worries in the administration that Europe could rival the USA;

* Says 'even should Saddam pass from the scene' bases in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will remain permanently - despite domestic opposition in the Gulf regimes to the stationing of US troops - as 'Iran may well prove as large a threat to US interests as Iraq has';
* Spotlights China for 'regime change' saying 'it is time to increase the presence of American forces in southeast Asia'. This, it says, may lead to 'American and allied power providing the spur to the process of democratization in China';

* Calls for the creation of 'US Space Forces', to dominate space, and the total control of cyberspace to prevent 'enemies' using the internet against the US;
* Hints that, despite threatening war against Iraq for developing weapons of mass destruction, the US may consider developing biological weapons - which the nation has banned - in decades to come. It says: 'New methods of attack - electronic, 'non-lethal', biological - will be more widely available ... combat likely will take place in new dimensions, in space, cyberspace, and perhaps the world of microbes ... advanced forms of biological warfare that can 'target' specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool';

* Pinpoints North Korea, Libya, Syria and Iran as dangerous regimes and says their existence justifies the creation of a 'world-wide command-and-control system'.
* push for some devastating new event, a "new Pearl Harbour"
* planning of "WW4" (Podhoretz/Woolsey-plan)

Both 9/11 and Iraq was just a pretext for the next world war. It's still in the planning.
The blame game between CIA and FBI just a helpful distraction to keep a blind eye on NRO and NIMA.
Many think, that the only way to avoid "WW4", is either

a) a wakeup of the media
b) a peaceful revolution
c) regime rotation with Kerry
d) counter coup d'etat with the next attack and/or martial law.

Currently, the only movement, which had the responsibility, to work on b) decided to listen to some new loudspeakers, which put their hope on "patience" and "diversion" like Michael Moore or Amy Goodman or turning the 9/11 truth movement into a "company".
Furthermore, a disrespectful behavior towards the so called 9/11 scientists (incl. 9/11 video researchers, who looked on the Pentagon-, WTC7- and Twin Towers evidence) showed, that the 9/11 truth movement always struggled as a half-truth movement.

The history will show, if these strategies produced more harm than good.
Also, "Phase II" lost a big opportunity for a call of regime change now, and a protest march on the Pentagon.

Therefore, sadly, it looks like our last chance might be d), because the media is still too controlled and might only work on a damage control, with focus on Iraq, instead of 9/11.
The next months, weeks or even days might show, if the truth will be revealed under martial law or hopelessly destroyed for the next decades.

The winners are already the globalists, who planned this win-win situation already before Sep11th.
The 9/11 movement is manipulated by itself, from within and outside, but their biggest joker is to replace the mindset of those, who didn't listen to the 9/11 truthseekers in the first place.

What that depends, it looks very good.
Recently the 9/11 Truth Movement got supported by actor Ed Asner, the U.S. Green Party, theologican David Ray Griffin, Rapper Jadakiss and European Union Parliamentarian Paul Lannoye.

These are the latest heroes and they deserve our biggest props.
Not to forget, 9/11 Widow Ellen Mariani and her lawyer, who are fighting a "symbolical" lawsuit against the Bush Administration for complicity in the attacks.

Even if this lawsuit will never take place, it helped to put the issue into mainstream media. Therefore some counterproductive remarks, their indictment include some sloppyness, is unimportant.

If the 9/11 Truth Movement will win, there will be no lawsuits anymore, but never ending War Tribunals and it will be an end and hell for all these Perles, Wolfowitz' and Feith's.
The Neocons will end as just Cons. 20.000 victims could file their case against them:
9/11 family members, the relatives of killed Iraqis and U.S. Soldiers and their "coalition partners". Who will be the prosecutor? Nelson Mandela?

Let's not forget:
The real perpetrators had been much more sloppy. Their mistakes helped us to connect the dots. Their mentors Brzezinski or Strauss were probably much smarter, but there is also no real strategist in the 9/11 Truth Movement yet and the few distractors are easy to locate by now.

9/11 had many goals. Independent Researchers have yet to find out, if "peak oil" was really one of the reasons, or if it was just planted in the late 90s, like happened before in the 60s with "Club of Rome".

In fact, most of the analysis of the peak oil supporters is based on the original wordings of COR (see structure at footnotes). It is disturbing to see, that there is no real productive exchange, but in fact an attitude, which could be easily confused with a PsyOP.

One of the more important reasons for 9/11 was the control of international money exchange and -currency war between Europe, U.S. and China, another one was the control of the oil price and for sure, the oil itself.

However, the biggest profiteers right now are in the Satellite Surveilance- and defense industry, the private military contractors, BioDefense Research- and Nanotechnolgy, Health Care Industry, Vaccination Business, Energy Reconstruction and automatization programs and much more...

Most important, by controlling the oil prize, the race for the control of space and the earth, was strongly connected with the helping hands of 9/11.

Again, as the PNAC papers clearly say:
"...the creation of 'US Space Forces', to dominate space" was most important.

This all started already under President Clinton.
One key project was Project Trailblazer, by the NSA, NRO and NIMA, which linked space domination and 9/11 together, some call it NWO.

Follow the money...

The 1998 pattern

1 year after the pro Iraq war think tank PNAC was created, and 2 years after main parts of the PATRIOT Act had been already written in the 1996 Antiterrorism Act (immediately following the Oklahoma City Bombing), the "military operation" of 9/11 had to be organised.

In 1998, important start-off items took place:

  • General Wayne Downing [who ran a Special Forces command during the Gulf War 1], and former CIA officer Duane (Dewey) Clarridge, write the Iraq War (possibly a revised plan of Chalabi's 1993 plan)

  • Controversy breaks out over the alleged NSA "Echelon" project, which privacy groups describe as a worldwide surveillance network that eavesdrops on all communications traffic.

  • Majida Ibrahim Ahmad, wife of Saudi national Osama Basnan received a $15.000 check from Princess Haifa's bank account.
This and other monthly $2,000 checks ended up later in the hands of the Sep11th suspects in in San Diego.
The FBI apparently investigated, but was told to back off.

  • Saeed Alghamdi, one of the official hijacker suspects, starts to "study" in Florida.

  • According to John Loftus, ex-FBI anti terror chief John O'Neill obtained a document about business between ENRON and the Taliban. In fact, TCI communication was working on a satellite- and mobile telephone system.

  • FBI agent Robert Wright accusing the FBI of shutting down his 1998 criminal probe into alleged terrorist-training camps in Chicago and Kansas City.
One source of the funds was Yassin Kadi from Ptech.

  • Mamoun Darkazanli gets in touch with Mohammad Atta and is observed by german intelligence.
One year later, CIA officer Thomas Volz tries to hire him as an informant.

  • As reported by WP in December 2001, the CIA recruited "15 Afghan agents" to track Osama bin Laden's movements in Afghanistan.

  • Controlled Demolition Inc. imploded a 439 feet building, the "tallest structural steel building ever imploded".

  • Jay C Davis (ANSER) became the first Director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency , integrating DoD’s technical and operational activities to deal with WMD.

  • Bioport received a 3-year contract by the DoD, to develop Vaccines against Anthrax.
The company was founded by ex-Porton Down Fuad al-Hibri and Admiral William J. Crowe, Jr. (former military chief under Reagan)

  • The Bank of England started to investigate on the BCCI, but soon slowing down.
One of the largest stockholders of BCCI was Khalid bin Mahfouz, who helped funding George Bush's company Arbusto.

  • Cheney's company Halliburton acquires Dresser.
George H.W. Bush's father, Prescott, managing director of Brown Brothers Harriman, previously owned Dresser.

  • UNOCAL stopped negotiations with the Taliban about a pipeline project

  • TRW mergered with Lockheed Martin

  • Former DynCorp Herbert Winokur (later ENRON) becomes Director of Capricorn Holdings.

  • Clinton established the NIPC to coordinate response to cyberattacks

  • Andrew Card quits as General Motors' Vice President of Government Relations

  • By the end of 1998, 40 U.S. cities had received training under the Nunn-Lugar-Domenici Domestic Preparedness Program

  • The Texas Fire Chiefs Association approves the emergency software FDonWare of FieldSoft, under Governor Bush. In October 2000, Fdonware is used for a plane simulation attack on a miniature building of the Pentagon

  • The CIA asks Lockheed Martin CEO Norman Augustine for support, to create and launch a new venture, named In-Q-Tel.

  • The NSA opened another ECHELON station of their global surveillance system, in Guam, Pazifik.

    Other "strategic" events:

  • Januar 1998
Philip Odeen (Reynolds + Reynolds/TRW) mentions in a testimony:
"...the future we face in 2020 will be very different. A whole host of new challenges and opportunities are emerging. While we may find ourselves facing enemies on traditional battlegrounds, it is far more likely that we will face very different adversaries and that our conflicts will include locations in space, throughout our information networks, in highly urbanized areas, within the undeveloped and developing world and, perhaps even on our own soil. Our adversaries will include not just the armed forces of nations, but also international criminals and terrorist groups..."

  • May 1998
On May 28, 1998, future anthrax suspect Stephen Hatfill and Jerome Hauer (OEM, WTC 7) speak together at a CFR meeting about "Building a 'Biobomb': Terrorist Challenge"

  • June 1998
From June 2-3rd, 1998, Dr. Joe Furman, DynCorp supported a workshop on "Medical Surveillance" regarding possible bio-/nuclear attacks.

  • June 1998
Dana Rohrabacher (R., Calif.), Chairman of the House Space and Aeronautics Subcommittee, in a dispute with George Tenet about a "satellite controversy with the Intelligence Committee"

  • July 1998
General Charles G. Boyd, (formerly US Air Force, CFR, Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base, strategy consultant of Newt Gingrich) becomes executive director of the Hart-Rudman National Security Commission. The commission later warned about possible pending attacks on the United States.
Boyd is also president of BENS. One of their executives, ex-CIA and ex-NSA, Linda Millis lives in Vienna, Virginia, same residence as some of the Sep11th suspects.
Millis was responsible for the daily briefings for the President.

  • July 1998
According to an interview with Kenneth Timmermann, Saad al-Faghi, argues that he is informed about recent Bin Laden's activities and his "group", but thinks, that in fact it would only fill a "living room".

  • August 1998
    Al-Quaeda had to be promoted.
On Aug. 7th, the U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, were bombed.
The Pentagon claimed, that Bin Laden was behind the attacks.

  • October 1998
With the help of CFR, Dr. Ruth David (former Director for Science and Technology at the CIA until September 1998) became president and chief executive officer of ANSER.
This Institute started to establish the Homeland Security in early 1999, almost 2.5 years before the attacks. Furthermore ANSER was involved in Dark Winter, an anti bioterror drill in June 2001.

One of the participants: Ahmed Chalabi-friend James Woolsey (ex-CIA, PNAC, ex Titan Corp.)
Among many others also Jerome Hauer (OEM since 1998), who was chief architect of the Bunker in WTC 7.

Ruth David helped also to create the CIA company In-Q-Tel.

  • October 1998
The Pro Iraq war think tank PNAC writes a letter to Clinton:
"The only way to eliminate Saddam Hussein's governance is by organizing a coup d'etat against him..."
In the same month, Richard Perle asked for the resignation of the head of CIA Near-East.
Scott Ritter is removed from a weapon inspection team

  • October 1998
Los Alamos started to complain about $3 million worth of equipment that got lost until September 2001

  • November 1998
Abdullah Noman ("CIA consulate in Jeddah"), later responsible for many of the Sep11th visas for the Sep11th suspects, visits a trade show in Las Vegas
According to the criminal complaint against Noman, an informant allegedly paid Noman 12,000 riyals (about $3,100) for a visa in 1998.

  • December 1998
Yassin Al-Kadi, started his company Global Mining Resources, based in Nevada.
Kadi was later linked to Bin Laden and Ptech (->)

  • Seisint is established in 1998 and started to work on an anti-terror data-mining program, later renamed to MATRIX (the Multistate Anti-TeRrorism Information eXchange).
The company is located on 6601 Park of Commerce Blvd Boca Raton, FL 33487.
In October 2001, the American Media Building in Boca Raton (4950 Communication Ave, later moved to Broken Sound Ave) is attacked with Anthrax. Both offices are 4-5 minutes away from Seisint.

    Chapter 7: Space War

Too show, how carefully Sep11th was planned, we have first to take a look on the players of the satellite defense- and space industry. Since the late 90s, they created some shells to hide their plan. It was planned, that the "big 4" Lockheed, Boeing, Raytheon and TRW would buy them back again.

    Booz, Allen, Hamilton
James Woolsey's company since 2002, but already an important strategic player before Sep11th, and one of the main NRO-contractors of Project Trailblazer.

    Cambone, Stephen

Dr. Cambone was the Staff Director for the Commission to Assess United States National Security Space Management and Organization from July 2000 to January 2001. He was the Director of Research at the Institute for National Strategic Studies, National Defense University (INNS/NDU) from August 1998 to July 2000. Prior he was the Staff Director for the Commission to Assess the Ballistic Missile Threat to the United States from January 1998 to July 1998.
Currently he is one of the main responsible suspects of "TortureGate" (Abu Ghraib).

The "solution" for Abu Ghraib, endorsed by Rumsfeld and carried out by Stephen Cambone, was to get tough with those Iraqis in the Army prison system who were suspected of being insurgents. A key player was Major General Geoffrey Miller, the commander of the detention and interrogation center at Guantanamo, who had been summoned to Baghdad in late August to review prison interrogation procedures.

Other helpful contractors: CACI and Titan Corporation.

    James R. Clapper

Since August 8th, 2001 (two days after Bush received a new PDB with a clear warning on Bin Laden), Air Force Lt. Gen. (ret.) James R. Clapper Jr. is the director of the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA, also known as "the 'eyes of America'").

    http://tinyurl.com/34a9j
Previously, he was vice president and director, intelligence programs at SRA International Inc. Prior to that, he was the executive director, military intelligence, for Booz, Allen & Hamilton and executive vice president of Vredenburg, a systems acquisition services company headquartered in Reston, Va.
(On August 1, 2003, Vredenburg was aquired by AMS.
On March 10th, 2004, CGI and CACI Corporation aquired AMS.
CACI, recently involved in the "torture scandal at Abu Ghraib, gets the AMS Defense and Intelligence Group.)

    http://tinyurl.com/33s83
In 1995, Clapper was the manager of the General Defense Intelligence Program.
Clapper was also a senior member of the Downing Assessment Task Force, which investigated the terrorist bombing of Khobar Towers in June 1996.
A career Air Force officer, he retired as a lieutenant general after a four-year tour as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

    http://tinyurl.com/yrxxh
In September 1997, Clapper (ret.) and Lt. William E. Odom (ret.), recommended in a study for the
    http://www.nipp.org/
National Institute for Public Policy ("Structure and Change for the 21st Century"), to

-abolish the National Reconnaissance office (NRO) and transfer its program offices to NSA and NIMA
-keep the Defense HUMINT Service (DHS) as a single DoD organization under the control (OPCON) of the CIA/DO
-put all DIA electronics intelligence (ELINT) collection under NSA
-put its IMINT (Imagery Intelligence) collection under NIMA
-create a red-blue Net Assessment Center within DIA responsible directly to the Secretary of Defense
-designate the Director of NIMA the national manager for IMINT
-create a National Counterintelligence Service (NCIS)

In April 2004, Odom surprised the public with his statement, that he "opposed the Iraq war and thinks Bush's vision for Iraq is impossible" and called for pullout.

NIMA, the 'eyes of America', was basically a merger of the CIA’s center for interpreting spy satellite imagery with the Defense Mapping Agency.

Right before Sep11th, the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)(Chantilly, Virginia,) organised a terror drill for Sep11th (9 AM), crashing planes into the headquarters, as confirmed in 2002, by NRO Officer John Fulton:
"...were running a pre-planned simulation to explore the emergency response issues that would be created if a plane were to strike a building..."

Meanwhile, in 2004, Clapper is also head of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGIA).

    http://www.sra.com/about/index.asp?id=25
SRA, the former company of Clapper, has clients within the Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force; the Joint Chiefs of Staff; the Office of the Secretary of Defense; the Department of the Treasury; and the FEMA.

    http://washington.bizjournals.com/washington/stories/2004/04/12/daily14.html
SRA also has been contracting with Ustranscom (U.S. Transportation Command) since 1991.
(Subcontractors include Camber, IITC and Northrop Grumman)
    http://tinyurl.com/2rs3h

"if the military needs people, equipment or supplies moved, it’s USTRANSCOM that moves it."

    http://tinyurl.com/27ymd
On the morning of Sep11th, the FWUF (Federal Wireless Users' Forum), directed by a steering committee consisting of members from the Department of Defense, the Department of Commerce, the NSA and many others, held a workshop at the San Diego Convention Center.

The Sep11th attack directly impacted the FWUF workshop, "since many of the attendees represent the military and public safety communities".
The group echoes many of the wireless requirements and issues presented by Martin Mullican (Defense Enterprise Computing Center/DISA) of USTRANSCOM.
Mullican's top assignements include Air Intelligence Agency and NSA.

On January 30, 2004, SRA announced that it had completed its acquisition of ORION Scientific Systems (Newport Beach, California), which specializes in counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and law enforcement services and products.

The profile of the management of SRA includes connections with the Air Force, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the development of space boosters and satellites, Social Security Administration (SSA), Secretary of the Army (William K. Brehm), AOL, Veridian Corporation (David Langstaff), Verizon, Bank of New York and Allied Signal.

    Duane (Dewey) Clarridge

    Former CIA Chief, Latin America
Main architect of the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998. The act itself was promoted in Congress by space tech supporter Woolsey, Clarridge, and now-Deputy National Security Advisor for Counter-terrorism Wayne Downing.

    Logicon Task (Northrop Grumman)

June 14, 2001 -- Logicon TASC, a Northrop Grumman (NYSE:NOC) company, has won a $75 million contract to provide advanced research and development services to a client in the U.S. government. The two-year contract contains three one-year options.

... In March, Logicon TASC announced it had won a five-year, $57 million contract with a U.S. intelligence agency to provide systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support for Trailblazer, a major foreign signals intelligence modernization program. In October 2000, Logicon TASC announced a $170 million SETA contract win with a third government agency.

... The Logicon TASC team includes Veridian, the Veridian Information Solutions Division and Veridian Systems Division, Fairfax, Va.; Advent Systems Inc., Mountain View, Calif.; Electronic Data Systems Corp., Herndon, Va.; Advanced Engineering & Sciences, a Division of ITT Industries, Ashburn, Va.; RDR Inc., Centreville, Va.; SRS Technologies, Washington Group, Arlington, Va.; and Titan Systems Corp., Delfin Systems Division, Fairfax, Va.

    Andrew W. "Yoda" Marshall

For 40 years, the man Pentagon insiders call Yoda has foreseen the future of war.
It could be very possible, that Yoda knew also about 9/11 in advance, and who really was behind it.

    One of Yoda's recent quotes:
"One future intelligence problem: knowing what drugs the other guys are on."

Marshall is drafting Bush's plan to upgrade the military.
    Supporters believe the force he envisions will be faster and more lethal;
critics say it relies on unproven technology.
Asked about 9/11, Marshall responded, that "it was obvious that we were wide open to attack".

Marshall is a supporter of neural pharmacology, "natural chemicals inside people, only with behavior-modifying and performance-enhancing characteristics".

Marshall is head of the Pentagon's Office of Net Assessment (ONA or OSD)

In 1977, he was behind the infamous "Team B" episode, in which members of the far-right Committee on the Present Danger were given access to CIA-Soviet data.
Marshall also supported the idea in getting Stinger missiles sent to the Afghan muhjahadeen.
One of Yoda's leading advocates have been future-PNAC members Morton Abramowitz and Fred Ikle.

Currently, Yoda's "Network Centric Operations" are part of a huge transformation program of Pentagon and Homeland Security.
Yoda's main partners of his Net Centric Operations are BAE, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and ManTech.

NIMA (the National Imagery and Mapping Agency)

NIMA is meanwhile part of the NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency).

The US geospatial intelligence effort began in 1803 when President Thomas Jefferson sent the Army's Lewis and Clark expedition to explore and map the recently acquired Louisiana Territory.
In 1960, they established the "Corona satellite program" under President Eisenhower, which delivered its first film of the USSR.

Eisenhower then authorized the creation of the National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC), combining CIA, Army, Navy, and Air Force assets "to solve national intelligence problems".
It was the newly formed NPIC that first identified the USSR s basing of missiles in Cuba.

In 1996, the US Congress, the CIA, and the Department of Defense agreed to combine the efforts of the country's mapping and imagery analysis efforts, creating the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA).

Using state-of-the-art software and hardware, NIMA can create animated renditions of imagery and geospatial data, allowing users to visualize inaccessible terrain.

In the mid-1990's NIMA produced the GPS Safety of Navigation effort that vastly improved information on airports.

Late in the fall of 1999, Congress requested the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) and the Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) to form a Commission to review the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), a new agency perceived by some to be struggling toward coherency as the national security environment and US doctrine e.g. , Joint Vision 2010 evolved mercilessly around it.

After September 11th, NIMA partnered with the U. S. Geological Survey to survey the WTC site and determine the extent of the destruction.

On Nov. 24, 2003, George Bush signed the 2004 Defense Authorization Bill, a provision of which authorized NIMA to change its name to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).

Their 2002 slogan is: “Know the Earth … Show the Way.”

    NRO

The NRO (Chantilly, VA) designs, builds and operates the nation's reconnaissance satellites.
Among their "list of customers" are the CIA and DoD.
Current director of the NRO is Peter B. Teets (retired as President of Lockheed Martin in 1999)
Teets is also member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Chantilly is also home to Washington Dulles International Airport, where Flight 77 departed with American Airlines(parent company AMR Corp.)

The airport is located partly in Chantilly (which has the airport's official address).
Chantily became famous in history during the American Civil War:
On September 1, 1862, the "battle of Chantily" took place here.
Since 1994, the FBI's own nondescript office in Chantilly, oversees the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act, or CALEA.

Chantily is also home for idefense.com, AEM Tidewater (a military web provider) and one of 8 SPAWAR System Centers (also part of Satellite Spy Program Echelon).

The NRO is member of a list of 15 intelligence services (Intelligence Community =IC) of the U.S.:

    Air Force Intelligence (AFI
    Army Intelligence (AI)

    Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
    Coast Guard Intelligence (CGI)
    Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
    Department of Energy (DE)
    Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
    Department of State
    Department of Treasury
    Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
    Marine Corps Intelligence (MCI)
    National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)
    National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)
    National Security Agency (NSA)
    Navy Intelligence (NI)

The Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) leads the "Intelligence Community".
Currently this is officially George J. Tenet.

    Titan Corporation
(See The Abu Ghraib-Titan- 9/11 Connection)

    Vredenburg

During 2001, Vredenburg had three subsidiaries: Highland Technologies (specialised in E-Gov), Eastman Software and the Karcher Group (a web designer company).
    http://web.archive.org/web/20010706080632/www.htech.com/carl_body.htm
Vice-President and co-founder of Highland, Carl Muller, was principal architect of high-profile Systematic Declassification and Freedom of Information Act systems developed for the NSA, FBI and the NRO.
Among the clients of Highland are the NSA, the FBI, Banco De Comercio E Industria (BCI), and Frito-Lay, Inc.(San Antonio, Texas), which merged with Pepsi-Cola in 1965.

    The health connection

Totally underestimated by the majority of 9/11 truth researchers is the role of "healthcare" for 9/11.
Both military and healthcare played already years in advance, hand in hand, to work on radical changes. The Pentagon needed another pretext for changes.
They also buillt a new hospital- and research center: Tricare Health Hospital, which was later also part of an important pre-Sep11th drill.

    The players:

    HIPAA

In January 2004, HIPAA announced their "Military Health System", run by the U.S. Department of Defense Military.

    HIPAA Integrated Product Team (IPT)

HIPAA stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

On June 30, 2003, Booz Allen Hamilton announced, that the Military Health System has awarded the firm a multi-year contract with HIPAA, supported by HIPAA Accelerator Inc., Plateau Systems, QuickCompliance, and Strategic Management Systems Inc., all members of TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) HIPAA Integrated Product Team (IPT)

The HIPAA Act was already signed on August 21, 1996, by former President Clinton.
The legislation, was jointly sponsored by Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) and Sen. Nancy Kassebaum (R-Kan.)
Mainly responsible for the bill was the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA).
IIABA President George Shaffer publicly announced the association's endorsement of the bill.

Among their strongest supporters during the 90s, had been future PNAC member Dan Quayle, Sen. John McCain, future 9/11 panelist member George Mitchell, Dick Armey, Tom DeLay, Tom Daschle or Mike Oxley (R-Ohio), chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, who most recently, throw his hat in the ring for the Republican primary.

Shaffer was also board member of the American Association of Managing General Agents (AAMGA).
Their members are highly exclusive and selective and have to be "committed to a thriving insurance industry".

    QuickCompliance

    TRICARE Management Activity (TMA)

Tricare Management is located at Skyline 5, Suite 810, 5111 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA

Director William Winkenwerder, Jr., appointed by Bush on October 16, 2001, to be Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, is responsible for overall supervision of the health and medical affairs of the Department of Defense (DoD)

Used Anthrax attack as "opportunity" to improve their "performance of the Department of Defense's TRICARE-managed health care program".

The role of TRICARE in Falls Church was very important.
Which brings us to the next chapter:

Chapter 8: Patsies, strategic cities and helpful idiots

Why the "hijackers chose" Falls Church

(please check out also "The Strange Falls Church Pattern")

Besides the location of TRICARE, there were also a lot of other interesting things going on over there:

  • At least four people have pleaded guilty in an ID cards and drivers' licenses scheme for the "hijacker suspects".
Among them is Luis Martinez-Flores of Falls Church, Va., who certified a Falls Church address for Hani Hanjour.
One of the most important witnesses of this scheme was Katherine Smith (Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles), who died in an unexplained fiery car crash on Feb. 10, 2002, one day before her testimony.

Smith helped "five Middle Eastern men and one juvenile" get fake driver's licenses.
All six lived in New York.
One of the men, Sakhera Hammad, had a visitor's pass for the World Trade Center dated September 5, 2001.
Another one was Khaled Odtllah, who drove from New York City to Memphis on September 11.

Also charged were Mohammed Fares, Mostafa Said Abou-Shahin and Abdelmuhsen Mahmid Hammad.

Katherine Smith was examined by O.C. Smith (apparently not related).
O.C. Smith was also involved in the examination of the death of Harvard University biologist Don Wiley, who died under unexplained circumstances in late 2001.
His suicide was later changed into a tragical accident. His dead body was found on an area of a military plant.

Furthermore in June 2002, O.C. was attacked, too, lying in a parking lot and bound "with barbed wire and left with a bomb tied to his body".
O.C. Smith is a captain in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps and served active duty in Desert Storm.

  • According to AP, Illegal Jordanian immigrant, Eyad M. Alrababah, formerly of New Jersey, who lived in Falls Church, said he had "spent time" with several of the suspected terrorists but did not know their plans. Hani Hanjour, Nawaf Alhazmi, Ahmed Alghamdi and Majed Moqed lived in an apartment complex
    in Falls Church.

  • A linked imam, Anwar Aulaqi or Anwar Al-Awlaki (Aulaqi), gave sermons at Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center in Falls Church.
Officially he met Sep11th suspects Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Midhar at a San Diego mosque he led
Authorities said, that official "co-conspirator" Ramzi bin al-Shibh (Hamburg, Germany), had the phone number for the imam's mosque in Falls Church.

  • At least two Pentagon victim came from Falls Church:
-Brenda C. Gibson, who died in the Pentagon
-Mary Jane "MJ" Booth (AA77), who worked at American Airlines employee (Dulles Airport) for 45 years, but flew as a regular passenger for "a meeting of the employees' credit union".

  • DynCorp is based in Falls Church , acquired by CSC in 2003.

  • BMD/TRW has an office in Falls Church.

  • General Dynamics is headquartered in Falls Church.
    2941 Fairview Park Drive

General Dynamics makes traditional F-16 jets, Abrams tanks, and Trident subs.
Nicholas D Chabraja has been CEO of General Dynamics (GD) for 7 years.

On October 14, 1999, Chabraja gave a speech about the "national security in the next american century", at the Economic Club in Washington, citing Hugh Shelton, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff:

“We cannot defeat tomorrow’s enemies with yesterday’s weapons; we cannot win tomorrow’s wars with yesterday’s ideas.”

Chabraja mentioned, that "critics continue to assail every new weapon system or military initiative. They want to know where the threat is…"

Chabraja didn't say, what kind of threat he expected, but he supported the "nation’s commitment to giving our warriors the weapons they need. It’s only a start. But it’s a commitment that deserves our support. Not just this year – but next year, and in all the years ahead..."

Currently, In 2004, General Dynamics work on the takeover of Alvis Plc, a U.K. armoured car and tank maker.
One key Alvis shareholder is Europe's biggest military contractor, BAE Systems, which holds nearly 29 percent of Alvis.

  • Research Planning, Inc., is based in Falls Church, aquired in April 2001 by BTG
    (P.O. Box)

  • In January, 2001, the Bush Administration ordered the FBI and intelligence agencies to "back off" investigations involving the bin Laden family, including two of Osama bin Laden's relatives (Abdullah and Omar) who were living in Falls Church, VA - right next to FBI headquarters.

  • Wamy (World Assembly of Muslim Youth) 5613 Leesburg Pike Falls Church
Unification Church International, 7777 Leesburg Pike
Interestingly both are another neighbour of the FBI: 7799 Leesburg Pike

  • Furthermore there is a huge list of other Pentagon contacts, all located on Leesburg Pike in Falls Church: Britain Defense Staff, Navy Deployment Surveillance Team, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and private contractor Triumph Technologies (5203 Leesburg Pike)

  • Most oddly, one address of Khaled al-Midhar, M. Moqed, H. Hanjour: 5913 Leesburg Pike.
Apparently Ahmed Alghamdi lived there, too.

That's 15 minutes away from the FBI (8.5 miles), 11 minutes away from a Northrop Grumman office on 8110 Gatehouse Rd, 10 minutes away from the HQ of General Dynamics, but only 2 minutes away from the Navy Deployment Surveillance Team (5113 Leesburg Pike), DISA (5275) and the Tricare Management Activity (5111).

(2 minutes away on the same street)

This disturbing strong pattern of "active/passive" surveillance was often explained as part of a script for the "suspects" or their stand-ins. Many researchers suggested, the real inside job infiltrators organised these appartments next to their headquarters, to have them better under control.

This disturbing speculation is not becoming weaker, if you consider,
that at least 2 FBI informants, who worked for the FBI, observed Alhazmi and Al-Midhar:
Abdussattar Shaikh and "FBI agent Steve Butler".
We also know, that the CIA observed the same suspects.

Finally, Alhazmi and Al-Midhar were linked to Omar al-Bayoumi, who was suspected of being an advance man for the hijacker suspects, and already investigated by the FBI in 1998.

Why the "hijackers chose" San Diego

Most important: Accused as a Saudi-Intel informant: Omar Al Bayoumi (ex-Dallah AVCO, ex-Msjed al Madinah al Munawarah/San Diego). Much money moved into the familys bank account beginning in early 2000, just a few months after "hijackers" Khalid Almidhar and Nawaf Alhazmi arrived in Los Angeles from an Al Qaeda planning summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, according to the sources.

Within days of the terrorists arrival in the United State, Al Bayoumi befriended the two men who would eventually hijack American Flight 77, throwing them a welcoming party in San Diego

Nawaz Alhazmi was observed by FBI informant Abdussattar Shaikh, a terired english professor and co-founder of San Diego's Islamic Center. Shaikh was his landlord.
FBI chief of this observation was Bill Gore.

(Photos: Shaikh's house in Lemon Grove, California, Logo of SAIC)

San Diego is also home for SAIC (10260 Campus Point Drive HQ), General Dynamics (General Dynamics Government Systems 2835 Camino Del Rio S), the Northrop Grumman Aeronautical facility and Cubic Corporation ( 9333 Balboa Ave, 92123), AMEC's "Clean Water"-project.

    10260 Campus Point Drive
Shaiks house is 26 minutes away to SAIC, 11 minutes to General Dynamics.

Cubic gained worldwide recognition for its geodetic SECOR satellite surveying system.
This solid-state system was introduced in the early 1960s, long before the advent of Global Positioning System (GPS) technology.

Walter J. Zable is the chairman, president and CEO of the company, which is also specialised in the Oyster Card™ smart card system. This project is part of the TranSys consortium, led by Cubic and EDS.

TranSys consortium, 2 other members International Computers Ltd (ICL) and WS Atkins
    Source: http://www.transys.com/whoweare.html

Prior to forming Cubic in 1951, Zable was project supervisor in charge of electronics for the Atlas and Terrier missiles, microwave and antenna development sections at General Dynamics Convair.
Zable was born in Los Angeles, but his family moved to Boston when he was a child.

In 2003, Zable became the first person to receive the Walter J. Zable Medal, one of the International Technology Institute's newest top award for "Excellence in Technology"

San Diego is also home for the "San Diego Science Alliance", a consortium among including Cubic Corporation, General Atomics, Idec Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer La Jolla, SAIC and Titan Corporation.

Supporting Members are BAE Systems and the Hughes Network System, on their board of members is also JoAnne Newton from the SPAWAR Sytems Center in San Diego (Part of spy program ECHELON)

The Global Hawk air vehicles are built at the Northrop Grumman (formerly Teledyne Ryan) Aeronautical facility in San Diego ( 8650 Balboa Avenue 92702).
They acquired Ryan Aeronautical, an operating company of Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated, for $140 million in cash.
Ryan is well positioned in the high-end UAV market with demonstrated products like Global Hawk and the Miniature Air Launched Decoy (MALD).

San Diego Resident Omar Bakarbashat, a contact of Nawaf Alhazmi, Khalid Almidhar and Hani Hanjour was later arrested by the FBI.

And yet another San Diego Connection:
Pacific Equity Investigations, the company of 9/11 Inside Trader Khaled el-gindy was based in San Diego.

    Plateau sits in San Diego.
    Their affiliations:
Paul Sparta, CEO and Brad Cooper, Senior Vice President
served both for Training Systems at MRJ, Inc.,
a Virginia-based IT company that is now part of General Dynamics.
(MRJ can provide 15-second grid bathymetry for the US continental shelf.
MRJ Inc. sell a variety of marine data. This includes a Marine Data Sampler which covers all the oceans. )

    Brian Murphy, President
Served as First Vice President of BSI, a private Swiss investment house

    Hung Vu, Senior Vice President
Vu was the configuration manager for Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Washington, the U.S. Navy's largest regional data center.

Why the "hijackers chose" San Antonio

Once again, it was the military, stupid.

Al Hazmi was at Coastal Aviation Lackland AFB, Hospital
Saeed Alghamdi , at Richmore Aviation Alpha Tango Aviation Service

In Summer 2002, Siad Jarrah reportedly lived in an apartment next to Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio

San Antonio Alpha Tango Air Base was also linked to

Abdul Hakim Murad aka Ahmed Saeed
(a contact of Ramzi Yousef) trained there and was convicted on May 16th 1998, in the "Bojinka" plot to crash a suicide plane into the CIA HQ.

San Antonio was also most important for Laser programs of the space industry:
Logicon TASC; B. A. Rockwell, Air Force Research Lab.; R. D. Glickman, Univ. of Texas Health Science Ctr./San Antonio
(7703 Floyd Curl Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78229)

Finally, one of many "suspicious" flights of Sep11th, Flight679 was grounded in San Antonio.

Why the "hijackers" didn't "choose" Cleveland

With the strategic cities as a helpful distraction for the profiles of the official Sep11th hijackers, it was important to plan the war drill around them. One of the most important cities was Cleveland, Ohio.

    The other important distractions:

-the "other" war drills by NORAD and NEADS
    -the hijacks itself
    -the planes

Totally ignored by many 9/11 Researchers, with few exceptions, was the possibility, that some of the flights got replaced. While some video researchers concentrated on the planes only, it was in fact easier to look into the flights.

With the latest revelations, it seems to be very disturbing to rethink.
Some of the official flights got replaced.
9/11 researcher WoodyBox found out, that Flight 11 departed theoretically from two different gates.

His latest article will show, that we have to rethink on another matter.
There was Delta1989, another mysterious flight X and apparenty one flight, which was grounded in Ohio, but identified as flight 93.

His new article might lead us to the final chapters of Sep11th and let us think about the possibility, if some players of the NASA are involved in 9/11:

    The Cleveland Airport Mystery

    To be continued... (Chapter9)
